Olivia McCann made further claims regarding the horrifying incident, stating how the beautician in charge repeatedly assured her that nothing was wrong. Similarly, she kept telling her that there was nothing to worry about, with swelling being a natural occurrence.
However, the entire episode took another terrifying turn as the 21-year-old looked into the mirror to see her reality.

‘They must be thinking, oh my God.’
‘I had to put my sunglasses on because that’s how embarrassed I was while driving home. My lips looked like a baboon’s bum. I didn’t feel like I could go out looking like that so I just stayed at home. It was awful.’
