  • Preheat your oven to 93.3°C or 200 °F.
  • Wrap your avocado (s) in aluminum foil.
  • Remember to wrap them thoroughly so the ethylene gas is produced inside and doesn’t leak.

Take a shallow oven-safe dish and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Take it out, see if it has softened, if not, put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes. Repeat this step until your avocado has softened down.
