She snubbed Dr Harris’ advice that over-treatment can lead to physical and psychological harm, insisting that she is much happier with her appearance than she was before filler.

Speaking to the show’s hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, Anastasiia said: “I understand this is extraordinary. But it’s normal and good for me and I am happy with my look, I will never listen to doctors.”

“I am very happy. I am looking at my pictures from two years ago and I think I was ugly. Maybe you don’t like how you look now, but you can change it no problem,” she added.

Talking about the problems she had with her face she explained: “I (didn’t) like my face, I looked like a hamster, I like a slim face. I was a hamster; my cheeks were lower.”

She says she has lost track of how much work she’s had done overall. The model has revealed on Instagram that she intends to get two more procedures.

Dr Harris said he believes that the norm of beauty standards in society is being “twisted” and that “unrealistic expectations” are being set through social media.

Speaking about Anastasiia, Dr Harris said: “In my opinion, she looks to be over-treated. She clearly doesn’t feel the same, objectively from a professional point of view she does appear to be overtreated.”

“It becomes too much when the look becomes exaggerated or outside normal for that individual and there are inherent risks with overfilling, both to the physical and psychological wellbeing of the patient.”

“These are things we need to consider and need to be considered and taken into account. Our first duty of care is to do no harm if we are distorting features we are not fulfilling that, this is what we need to look at very carefully,” he added.

However, the model replied to the doctor’s advice saying: “I’m a psychology graduate. Nobody tells me that (her filler is too much). People who talk about my appearance know me well and know that I’m a normal person, not crazy, not stupid.”

Anastasiia frequently posts comparison pictures from before she had surgeries. The images show her with a much more toned-down look, brunette hair, thinner brows, and smaller, natural cheeks.

The 32-year-old also said that she is not put off by criticisms on her cheeks. She said: “I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.”

Last year, she reasoned they weren’t big enough, saying: “You may think that they are too big but I think that they’re a little bit small, I need to refresh them again soon.”

Anastasiia also has lip fillers, veneers and has undergone measures to adjust the corners of her mouth.

She also revealed that she plans to increase the size of her breasts to larger than a D-cup. She says this is because “nature didn’t give me any breasts at all.”
