US Violent Weekend | Back To Back Shootings Rock American Nation


The American nation experienced one of its most violent weekends recently with mass shootings taking central stage in several states of the country.

Without a doubt, it wasn’t a pleasant sight to see or hear as news channels broke out countless stories relating to yet another major shooting tragedy that left 8 people dead at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis on Thursday. Here, a teen killer shot down innocent victims, right before aiming the gun towards himself.

Meanwhile, investigations into the case raised even more eyebrows when it was discovered how the 19-year-old shooter had purchased the two rifles used in the killings legally.

Therefore, by the end of the weekend, there were at least 9 more people who died from gun relating violence and terrifying back to shootings in the country. The states that were most hard-hit included Texas, Louisiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Nebraska too. More than 10 people were wounded in just these incidents.

It all began with the racist-themed Atlanta-area spa incident where 8 people lost their lives in three separate incidents. Therefore, since the 16th of March, more than 50 mass shootings have been reported in the country.

When it comes to defining mass shootings, reports mentioned how it entails at least four or even more casualties, either dead or wounded, excluding the shooter himself.
