What causes this weird disease?

People are actually battling with many of them like heterochromia iridium that leads to the separate coloration of the irises.
This strange disorder has color differences of the iris (the part of the eye that is colored). It is either in the middle of the eyes or within one eye. If someone is battling with heterochromia, the iris of his/her eye will be of a different color than the iris of the other eye.
