Taylor Swift becomes the latest celebrity to be accused of promoting witchcraft after she broke out into a routine during a rendition of her hit song Willow from her 2020 Evermore album.
During the segment of her Eras tour, the singer sported a red velvet cloak while dancing around in circles with others who were also wearing similar outfits.
Even though it is simply a play, many took it literally, with one TikToker screaming: “Summon the dem*ns, b****!”
Many claimed that Taylor was actually taking part in witchcraft, with one person saying: “The first video you saw was taken by a fan the other night at the concert and he says, ‘yes, summon the dem*ns b****!’ The worst part is that [Swift] commented twice [on the video].
[Swift] said: ‘This is the new ‘one, two, three, let’s go b****.’
“So what she’s saying is ‘summon the dem*ns’ is the new crowd chant that they all say when she does his witchcraft ritual.”
Others also voiced their concert about the singer and her alleged activities.
One Twitter user posted: “I always thought Taylor Swift was a Christian girl. So they’re saying that she did this witchcraft thing and her concert. And then she said wait for the signal and I’ll meet you after. This is some satan*c mess. I’m very disappointed.”
Another said: “Never liked Taylor Swift, but now I definitely have a reason to. Just saw a video of her witchcraft/ritual performance on someone’s insta story.. Nope! Get that ev*l out of here. Believers should not listen to this.”
A third added: “Taylor Swift is unfortunately trying to initiate her fans into a cult group during her performance of ‘Willow.’ She is using witchcraft to brainwash the minds of 70K people at a time. To avoid joining her cult, transfer your Eras tour tickets to my ticketmaster account.”
