Police Barged Into Dad’s Home And ARRESTED Him After What He Did To His Son While He Was Drunk


Police barged into a father’s home and arrested him after he reportedly pierced his son’s left ear.

45-year-old Jeremy Sherland from Arkansas got arrested inside his home while his wife and son screamed in protest.

His son, who was filming the shocking encounter, can be heard screaming at the police: “I wanted my ears pierced!”

Police arrested the father after the boy was seen in class with an evident piercing in his ear.

The teen was overheard saying that his dad put him in a chokehold and ‘shoved the piercing in his ear’ while drunk.

School staff then called the Tontitown Police Department for a welfare check.

Five police officers busted into the father’s home where Sherland admitted to piercing the left ear of his son.

In Arkansas, it is illegal to ‘perform body art on a person under 16 years of age, regardless of parental consent.’

It is also forbidden ‘to perform body art in any unlicensed facility.’

“Jeremy admitted to piercing his son’s ear,” the police said in a statement.

When officers tried to investigate further, Sherland allegedly ‘refused to allow officers to speak with his son.’

Police returned to the family’s home, which is when the son started recording the scene.

“Officers told Jeremy he was under arrest and explained the probable cause for the arrest,” the statement continued.

“Jeremy refused to comply. Officers then took him into custody.”

In the viral video, the dad can be heard laughing when police explained why he was being arrested.

As family members followed Sherland and the police out of the house, a woman can be heard shouting: “It takes three cops, four cops, coming into my house with no permission. No permission and busted in my front door.”

Sherland spent two nights in the Washington County jail before he was released on a $1,500 bond.
