Madonna, 64, shocked her fans again with a series of topless photos she shared on her Instagram Stories.
She uploaded two photos that showed off her bare breasts but covered her nipples with a bag of money emoji and a candy emoji to keep to the social media platform’s guidelines.
The Material Girl star captioned her photos: “Went from candy to money.”
In her racy photos, the singer can be seen wearing a golden corset bottom and a pair of fishnet stockings while standing in her glam room.
The Queen of Pop has her hair styled straight and long with a few brains on top.
The first photo shows Madonna leaning forward and flashing a seductive look, with her breasts taking front and center. She captioned the image: “Went from candy to money.”
Her photos are seemingly part of the promotion for the 30th anniversary of her groundbreaking fifth studio album Erotica, which was originally released in 1992.
Her album was dropped with her first book containing explicit images featuring the songstress by the Steven Meisel Studio and Fabien Baron.
The book received backlash from critics at that time, with many groups describing the photos as hardcore p*rnography.
Madonna also released a 3-tracks vinyl picture disc as part of the celebration. In addition to the promotion, she shared a ‘30th anniversary’ video an hour before posting her two racy images on Instagram.
The album Erotica is about romance and s*x, incorporating Madonna’s alter ego Mistress Dita, inspired by German actress Dita Parlo.
Some of the songs have a confessional tone, inspired by two of her friends who passed away from AIDS.
