A grandmother who spent a whopping $30,000 on tattoos has shared photos of what she used to look like before her extreme transformation.
56-year-old Kerstin Tristan from Germany shared shocking photos taken almost one decade apart.
In the first picture, her body does not contain any ink. But the second picture shows her body covered in tattoos, including a flower and butterfly on her head.
The grandma also has vibrant flowers on her legs, geometric patterns on her neck, and a leopard print on her shoulders.
People rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts, with one fan saying: “You are quite a beautiful woman, but even more so with all your amazing tattoo work!”
Another wrote: “Gorgeous – but you definitely look more comfortable with the tattoos.”
A third said: “Whether with or without tattoos, always very charming.”
Tristan previously told Hooked on the Look that she sees a ‘meadow full of flowers’ whenever she looks at herself in the mirror.
Another mother who has tattoos from head to toe has revealed to the Daily Star that she wishes she could remove her face tattoos so she could start with fresh ones.
46-year-old Melissa Sloan from Wales has a collection of over 800 tattoos. “I’m putting more colors on my face, some yellow and orange. All the blank spaces will have bits in, I’ll have it red, orange, and yellow and probably some green in it.”
Despite the harsh criticism, she said she wants to continue adding more colors to her body to “liven it up and sparkle it up a bit.”
“I’m just addicted, aren’t I? But that’s who I am,” she added.
