BREAKING: Five People DEAD And Many Others Injured After 23-Year-Old Man Opened Fire While Live Streaming The Attack Online


At least four people dead and nine others were injured after a man armed with an AR15 rifle opened fire at Old National Bank in Louisville.

23-year-old Connor Sturgeon, a former bank employee, has been identified as the suspect.

Louisville Metropolitan Police Department said that the gunman was live streaming the attack on social media.

“That’s tragic to know that that incident was out there and captured,” police said. “We’re hopeful that we can have that incident removed, that footage removed.”

His account had been removed and police are now in possession of the video.

Meta, the company that owns Instagram and Facebook, said in a statement that it had “removed the live stream of this tragic incident this morning.”

Sturgeon reportedly shot 13 people, including two officers. LMPD said that six of the victims are still in he hospital, three of those are in critical condition.

The four deceased victims were identified as James Tutt, 64, Thomas Elliot, 63, Juliana Farmer, 45, and Joshua Barrick, 40.

Police Chief Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel said Sturgeon fired at responding officers who also opened fire to ‘stop the threat.’

Reports revealed that the gunman worked at the bank in 2021 after three summer internships.

He was killed by Officer Nickolas Wilt, 26, a new officer to the LMPD and had just graduated from the police academy less than two weeks ago.

Wilt was also rushed to the hospital after suffering a gunshot in the head and underwent brain surgery. He remains in critical condition.

Reports said police had to force their entry as terrified bank employees were hiding inside a vault.

After the shooting, police entered the gunman’s home and they were seen leaving with a computer and several big brown paper bags of evidence.
