Brian Laundrie’s sister is making some controversial statements in the press and her words are making headlines.
Speaking to media outlets recently, Cassie Laundrie was real quick to go about confessing how she’s not at all confident about her brother’s innocence. While trying her level best to stay calm and neutral at all times, Cassie mentioned how she is a little clueless about the whole situation.
“I don’t know what happened. Did my brother kill Gabby, I don’t know and I’m not sure,” she explained.
But that wasn’t the only controversial news that had her in absolute awe. Yes, Cassie also spoke about how her own parents have cut ties with her and refuse to even speak to her. But that’s just the start of her problems.
Speaking for a live interview on Monday, Gabby was also really quick to reveal how her parents refused to even talk to her, leaving her in the dark about the whole situation regarding Brian Laundrie.
“I am livid about how my parents’ lawyer went about throwing me under the bus by revealing some personal details about the whole situation,” she added. In case you’re wondering what that personal information is, well, it has plenty to do with how Steve Bertolino told the media that she had seen Brian between the 1st and 6th of September when he returned back to Florida.
Previously, Cassie spoke to the media and told them about how she had not seen or even spoken to her brother when he got back. But now, the mixed statements are causing uproar while raising plenty of questions too.
What really went on and how much truth there is in Brian’s family members’ words is still very bizarre as police investigations into the tragic Gabby Petito case continue.
But Cassie is adamant about how the media is twisting her words while her family’s lawyer is making her seem like a liar in front of the world.
