A young teen has reportedly been shot and killed at one of America’s largest shopping malls.

Sources from local media outlets revealed how the horrifying incident took place in Minnesota during the later hours of Friday night. This is when an altercation broke out and the ending was nothing but devastating.

The 19-year-old was identified as a male who was shot dead. Officials heard gunshots being fired and rushed to the scene of the crime.

The victim’s body was covered in gunshot wounds and the paramedics were arriving to be by his side and give him first aid. But it was too late.

The victim was shot several times inside the departmental store during the altercation.

“We heard several sounds of gunshots being fired on the first floor of Nordstrom. We rushed immediately to see what the matter was all about. It was just so tragic”- one officer went on to mention.

It was about 8 pm local time and the police chief of the area mentioned how the officers are doing everything possible to investigate the cause behind the fatal shooting and also working toward identifying who the suspect was.

One bystander was also hit with a bullet but he is expected to survive, the cops revealed. Paramedics and the police were on standby for a whole to ensure the area was designated safe for others as fear and panic struck the area cordoned off by the authorities after the horrifying incident.

As investigations into the incident continue, the cops mentioned how they are expected to provide updates on the tragedy by the evening hours of Saturday.
