Among the victims is a German-Israeli tattoo artist identified as Shani Louk who was stripped of clothes and paraded naked through streets in the back of a pick-up truck. She was accompanied by two militants. One of them had put his leg over her waist while another grabbed her by her hair.

Shani has since been identified by her first cousin who recognized her thanks to her signature dreadlocks and her leg tattoo.

The young woman’s family also said they haven’t lost all hope even though the girl appeared to be lifeless in the chilling video.

“We recognized her by the tattoos, and she has long dreadlocks. We have some kind of hope. Hamas is responsible for her and the others,” Tom Weintraub Louk, Shani’s cousin, said.

“We were sent a video in which I could clearly see our daughter unconscious in the car with the Palestinians and them driving around the Gaza Strip. I ask you to send us any help or any news. Thank you very much.”

The news comes as Israeli authorities declared a full-blown war against Hamas and vowed to take “mighty vengeance” in response to the cowardly attacks on civilians.
