Actor William Shatner is sharing some very personal thoughts online and it’s making his fans and followers depressed.

The 91-year-old celeb was caught mentioning how he knows that he does not have long to live.

The famous actor from Star Trek shed light on how he understands that days are passing by quickly and the fact that he’s led a wonderful life with a wonderfully successful career in the world of television is something he will always be so grateful for.

Moreover, his family and children were deeply touched by his very recent revelation of making a documentary.

He further went on to mention how this particular documentary was a type of present that he was sending out to his grandchildren as something they could look at in the future to get a better sense of who he was.

“This is my way of reaching out to them. I think it’s a great family touch to it”- he went on to reveal.

The documentary is called, ‘you can call me bill’ and by the looks and sounds of it, the final product does appear to be worthwhile.

But this next has made so many of the star’s fans upset and sad. Many wrote how much they adored him and thanked him for being such a brilliant actor and for entertaining them for years.

The star was speaking to the magazine Variety recently where he mentioned how he has turned down so many offers for documentaries recently. The reason, according to him, is that he does not have much time to live. And these projects do end up taking a while.

“I don’t want to leave anything unfinished”- he concluded.
