A 39-year-old female lawyer reportedly sent out 50 undressed images of herself to a 28-year-old male prisoner who also served as her former client.
The lawyer sent out the n*de images to her ex-client for attacking another individual using a meat cleaver, explained reports.
According to local media outlets, the images were retrieved by the prison guards located at Low Moss which is near Glasgow. They found Amy Spencer’s pictures on Grant McNamara, which was the prisoner who was currently serving his sentence of 5 years for carrying out a horrific assault.
Meanwhile, one insider revealed how the staff recognized Ms. Spencer from her pictures, who is believed to be single. These pictures were found from the convict’s cell phone.
After the incident, the news was immediately reported to the solicitors’ watchdog, which happens to the Law Society of Scotland.
Paisley’s lawyer and the prisoner have been known to have parted ways with the law firm with which the duo happened to be connected with, right when these particular complaints came to the surface.
On the other hand, one prison insider has also gone on to reveal the news to media outlets how the lawyer was reportedly caught in the embarrassing and highly unprofessional act.
“The images were immediately seized by the prison staff located there, who immediately recognized her from them. It is also known that she visited him for long periods of time too,” the insider went on to confirm.
In the same way, the source added how she was still appalled that the lawyer was still allowed to work despite this news being true.
“If a male lawyer had done the same to a female prisoner that was so much younger to him, he would have been arrested by now,” the source boldly mentioned.
