According to local media outlets, a final Court of Appeal hearing has ruled that there will be no more medical intervention for the child, despite his parent’s constant persuasion for further high authorities to intervene.

The case was even rumored to go as far as the UN so that their son would still be alive but even that plea was denied.

The court further refused to discuss the case and any other matter linked to it, as reported by local media outlets recently.

Surprisingly, the hearing had come at a time just after the UK government requested the court to ‘urgently make a decision’ as time was running out. But unfortunately, much to his loved ones’ dismay, little Archie wouldn’t be given any more chances at life.

“We had asked them to consider a request made by the government to allow the plea to be sent to the United Nations so that the 12-year-old’s’ treatment would continue. But we have been rejected. This is the end!”- mentioned the family’s lawyer in a heartbreaking statement.

The decision was also stated to be backed by the Court of Appeal recently and that is what led the sick child’s family to consider sending out an appearance to the UN. This was their final attempt to overturn the recent ruling but now, that’s also out the window.

The family’s lawyer also pointed out that the life support machine would be turned off on Tuesday at about 12 noon, leading his mom to call the behavior shocking and heartbreaking, and even leading to name it execution of her beautiful child.

Archie’s parents have been fighting for their child for months and they vowed to never back down until they were alive. Therefore, the heartbreak and pain that they must be going through are beyond imaginable, the family’s lawyer concluded.
