Johnny Depp is facing more shocking allegations after Amber Heard’s first witness took the stand in the Fairfax court.
New York-based Dr. Dawn Hughes took the stand on Tuesday and recalled the times Heard told her how she was mistreated by her ex-husband Johnny Depp and alleged that he would force himself on her and choke her during his moments of rage.
As Hughes, who is a clinical and forensic psychologist, claims, Amber previously told her that Johnny would throw her on the bed and rip her clothes when he was drunk or high.
“He forced her to give him oral s*x when he was angry. These weren’t loving moments, these were dominant moments,” Hughes testified based on Heard’s allegations and reports.
The doctor went on to accuse the actor of “performing a cavity search” by sticking his fingers in his ex-wife’s private parts while he was searching for cocaine.
“[He thought it was] acceptable to rip off her nightgown and stick his fingers up her vagina looking for cocaine,” Hughes added.
In more shocking allegations, the forensic psychologist went on to claim that Depp would beat and choke Heard and throw her “around violently” during his anger outbursts.
“When he was beating her and chocking her, saying I hate you I will f**king kill you, Miss Heard was dissociating and going outside of her body. The only thing she’s thinking is: ‘Oh God I hope it’s not the broken one,’” Hughes said.
She further claimed that the Pirates of the Caribbean star “would get more angry at her and blame her” when he wasn’t able to perform in bed.
Speaking of the injuries Heard had allegedly suffered in such moments, Hughes recalled the actress’s reports of “bruising” and “vaginal pain.”
Hughes also claimed that Depp would try to control what Amber was wearing due to his “obsessive jealousy” and tell her not to dress like a “whore.”
