Renowned TikToker and influencer Ophelia Nichols was recently seen making a tearful plea to authorities after her son was shot dead in his car in Alabama.
According to reports from local media outlets, her teenage son passed away while receiving bullets to his body on Friday. This was supposed to be just one day before his 19th birthday.
The victim was identified as 18-year-old Randon Lee who died at about 7:45 am in the district of Prichard, near Mobile. And by the time the authorities had arrived, his dead body was discovered at the gas station.
Nichols who has a staggering 7 million follower base couldn’t control her emotions and broke down into tears while appealing to law enforcement agencies to assist her in tracking down her son’s killers.
She shared the heartbreaking news with her followers via a shocking and tragic video on social media which has now reportedly been viewed over 19 million times.
“I am desperately asking for help. The word is now getting out and I need to let the world know. I am doing this video for a specific reason. I have never asked anyone for anything but today I am. I need your help with this”- she continued to cry after her tearful plea for help.
“Today he would have been 19. It would be my child’s birthday but he’s gone”- she continued. “My son was shot down to the ground today. He was murdered and I have this hatred in my heart that I just do not recognize because I have never ever felt hatred for anyone”- she added.
The celeb continued to ask for help in the search for the gunman, adding how the individuals took away her baby and are now out there roaming around freely while her son is dead.
In the end, the celeb says she wanted the world to look at her son who was now dead, boldly yelling how the murderers took him away, as she continued to sob in front of the media.
