A mother is taking legal action against a school district, alleging two teachers manipulated her daughter into thinking that she was bis*xual.
Jessica Konen from California filed an action against Spreckles Union School District, claiming that Buena Vista Middle School teachers Kelly Baraki and Lori Caldeira ‘planted a seed’ in her 11-year-old daughter’s head that she was a transgender boy.
She also alleges that the teachers even gave tips to her daughter on how to bind her breasts to prevent them from growing further.
After schools were forced to close due to the pandemic, Konen says her daughter was finally delighted again to identify as a girl as she was away from the school bosses and teachers.
Baraki and Caldeira, who ran the school’s ‘You Be You’ equality club, are said to have ‘stalked’ children they believed may have been transgender.
The legal claim Konen filed states that the school district was responsible for ‘extreme and outrageous conduct’ that resulted in the student on a path toward changing into a boy.
Speaking to Daily Mail, attorney Harmeet Dhillon said that since filing the case, she has heard from many parents across multiple states similar stories to what Konen has claimed.
Konen also said that she was not informed by the school about her daughter’s participation in the club and the ‘gender support plan’ developed by administrators.

“The concept that the schools have a right to be running secret, don’t-tell-your-parents clubs and don’t-tell-your-parents programs and actively coaching children how to mutilate themselves, which is you know, not growing your breasts, is certainly not consistent with California law.point 259 |

Dhillon continued: “I’ve heard from parents in other areas who describe similar secretive trans grooming by school officials. Did this happen to your family?”
Konen said she started to cry when she finally discovered what her daughter was going through. “I literally was caught off guard. I didn’t even know what to feel like because I didn’t even know where it came from.”
