The Florida Police have declined to charge a man who shot a delivery driver for arriving at the wrong address.

According to reports from local media outlets, the young driver had mistakenly arrived at the suspect’s home, assuming it was the delivery spot. But little did he know about the brutal surprise in store.

As he got off and went to ring the bell, what he received in return was a spray of gunfire. And the incident really turned into a bloody affair.

Now, sources claim the suspect is not getting charged for the horrendous crime, despite insistence from the victims’ families.

The cops claim the Instacart driver made the mistake of pulling over to the wrong address. The house where the groceries were supposed to be delivered was right next door. But instead, he pulled up to the suspect’s home who felt threatened by his presence and shot him several times.

Other reports spoke about how the cops did not have any footage in the form of evidence and for that reason, they have come up with an idea of a story related to what went on.

The suspect says his decision was to shoot the vehicle’s tires but his aim was very off and it struck the delivery driver by mistake.
