JUST IN: Shania Twain Breaks Silence After Her Tour Crew Was Hospitalized


Shania Twain broke her silence after her crew was hospitalized following the crash of her tour bus and truck.

On Wednesday morning at around 7 am, a bus and a truck belonging to the country icon and her crew crashed and rolled off Highway 1 near Wolseley, Saskatchewan, Canada.

It was since reported that 13 ‘Queen of Me’ tour crew members were rushed to the hospital over undisclosed injuries.

“Members of the production crew who require medical attention have been taken to nearby hospitals,” Maverick Management revealed.

“We are incredibly thankful to the emergency services teams for their quick response and ongoing support. We ask for patience as we look after our touring family.”

Now, Shania spoke out and reassured her fans that her crew is safe and recovering from the incident.

“Thank you so much for the outpour of love and support from everyone,” she wrote.

“First and foremost my touring family are safe. Anyone needing medical care is receiving great support. The local community and every single crew person has been phenomenal, in the face of a very scary scenario.”

Concluding her post, the singer urged her fans to hug and hold their loved ones while promising to do the same.

As of this writing, it is believed that the two vehicles crashed due to “black ice on the roadway,” Joerg Philipp, the boss of tour bus operator Beat The Street, explained.

“The incident took place on the Trans-Canadian Highway near Wolseley, SK. All the passengers and driver are being evaluated for injuries and were immediately attended to by emergency responders and transported to the hospital for further treatment as needed,” he added.

“The Beat The Street USA Team is cooperating with local authorities to respond to this incident. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our passengers.”
