A man is going viral on social media while being asked if he was in the wrong for refusing to get up from his business-class seat.
The passenger explained how another man requested him to switch seats with him because he wished to be seated next to his wife.
Moreover, it was even revealed how it was his wife’s birthday but that still did not influence the passenger to get up and be kind enough to fulfill the request on offer.
“I was sitting on the aisle opposite to them so it was not like a whole lot of change for him. But I was appalled as he would just not give in to my request. A little humanity goes a long way”- the man revealed.
But now, the request for the swap of seats really had people mindblown as some did agree with how the passenger was being a little selfish, considering it was a special request for his wife’s birthday.
However, let’s not forget how there was a small majority of people that felt it was not written anywhere that the passenger must move to fulfill the requests of others.
The couple explained how they couldn’t book adjoining business-class seats on the recent Virgin ticket where they were traveling.
Hence, that was the whole idea behind the request. “Hey, would you mind moving so I could go and sit with my missus”- the husband asked in a very polite tone.
