Shocking footage shows a 12-year-old boy in Michigan robbing an entire gas station, leaving the clerk and others confused.
The video is now making the viral rounds on social media and it features the young child firing shots at the very confused clerk. And that’s when the clerk mentions in a bold tone: “Are you serious?”
After finally being arrested by local police authorities who managed to reach the scene of the robbery crime in time, the young boy was immediately taken into police custody.
When the boy was quizzed about the behavior and how he had been armed for the incident, he explained to them how he did not perform the crime for the sake of money.
The incident is believed to have taken place at about 4 pm in the afternoon on Wednesday at a gas station that was reported to be located in Hartford.
Meanwhile, the police chief was seen giving an account of the incident where he mentioned how the boy kept on telling them that he would have taken the money and thrown it down the sewer. But he just failed to give them a justification as to why he indulged in the behavior in the first place if money was not his sole motive.
The child was clearly outlined in the shocking footage, where at first, he was seen standing right behind another customer, waiting patiently for his turn at the counter. And then all of a sudden, he goes up to the clerk and approaches him using his weapon.
As you can probably imagine, the clerk is left in a state of shock as the boy begins to demand cash.
“You have got to be kidding me”- the cashier mentioned in a stunned tone.
