A woman from Texas has reportedly admitted to fatally shooting her husband after he confessed his love for another female.
According to local media reports, a team of sheriff’s deputies was immediately dispatched after harrowing reports of the incident were received by the cops.
When authorities arrived, they saw the victim lying dead on the floor, his body was fatally shot with bullet wounds being observed everywhere. The suspect was in sight and she admitted to committing the murder boldly, adding how she had zero room for any other woman in her husband’s life.
Officials claim the suspect has now been charged with murdering her own husband on Saturday and was immediately taken into police custody. She was identified as 51-year-old Carin Stewart who says the duo continued to argue and bicker over the incident which left her with no choice but to shoot her husband dead.
Although paramedics did rush her husband to the hospital, he just couldn’t make it and was declared dead on arrival, as reported by KTRK.
For now, the suspect has been booked into a jail in Harris County, as confirmed by the Sheriff. Moreover, no other details pertaining to the matter have been released to the public as of yet as cops claim they’re continuing with the investigation.
Meanwhile, investigators and members of the Homicide and CSU were immediately called in by the cops after they analyzed the case and saw the victim lying on the ground, covered in multiple gunshot wounds.
