The accused has been identified as Lucy England whose son attended Holywell Village First School, who had already received a number of warnings to keep away from the school’s headteacher as well as the business manager. And that was related to the history of abuse as well as her toxic behavior.

On the other hand, the court also heard how the primary school also got an email from one relative in the month of November last year, which spoke about how the mother’s child should be released at 2:45 pm, instead of the regular timings which happened to be 3 pm.

So when the 32-year-old mother arrived on campus, she came face to face with both the headteacher as well as the school’s manager. And that’s when she figured out that her request had been denied and her child wouldn’t be released early.

On that note, one Support Officer from the Police Community was quickly sent over to the school to see what the matter was all about and when he realized that she had falsely accused them, she was immediately arrested the next day.
