Think along the lines of six generations present in one room, all witnessed by a 98-year-old grandmother. Yes, the woman who hails from Kentucky couldn’t be happier as she lay her eyes on her great great great grandchild for the first time ever.
A rare image captured six generations in one single room. And seeing her great great great grandchild for the first time from her nursing home really made her so happy.
The images are now going viral and so many people’s hearts are melting as we speak.
The image was reportedly posted by the Matriarch’s granddaughter and since then, it continues to go viral as we speak.
Today, MaeDell has nearly 620 grandchildren and it’s all thanks to her daughters. They were all married when they were so young, and by that, we mean around 19 years old.
It’s just all very interesting because they are all girls.
MaeDell reportedly married in the year 1940 when she was just 16. Fox News reported how her husband was 50 at the time and he had 10 children of his own. But that did not stop her parents from giving her hand to him in marriage, despite the community raising a lot of eyebrows on the matter.
Aside from passing down so many generations, this woman has also opted to pass down her famous recipe for tomato preservation.
All in all, it was just so historic and heartwarming to see the family unite on a celebratory occasion like this.
