A judge is causing fury around the country after allowing a convicted murderer from Missouri to walk out free from jail.

Sources from local media outlets have gone on to speak about how the judge allowed the suspect to leave after serving 28 years of his jail sentence. And that’s because he opted to reverse the original verdict.

According to the judge, there was evidence that proved the man’s innocence and on that basis, he was given leniency. But the vague claims are being called out as bizarre and just not in line with the criminal past history of this man.

Meanwhile, images of the previously convicted suspect are now going viral as we speak, leaving many at a complete loss for words. Seeing a murderer walk out of jail has left the entire country stunned.

Lamar Jackson was sentenced to prison in the year 1995 and that too without any sort of possibility related to parole. This was related to an incident involving the killing of a young boy named Markus Boyd.

It was believed that he and his friend took the lives of a young man and therefore were sent to prison for the murder charges.

But last year, he filed an appeal and asked for another trial to look into the matter. According to him, most of the testimonies were based on false eyewitnesses and no conclusive evidence was ever found against him.

On that note, his attorneys put up a strong case that ended up being turned in his favor and an order for an immediate release from prison was mentioned.

The judge claimed this was against the constitution to wrongly accuse someone of murder based on inconclusive evidence. Therefore, he ordered for an immediate release leaving Johnson crying tears of happiness and relief.
