Johnny Depp has been accused of giving his ex-girlfriend a sedative before asking her to have s*x with him.
Just weeks after the Pirates of the Caribbean star cleared his name by securing a major win in the blockbuster defamation trial against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, more bombshell accusations against the actor have emerged.
The newly-aired allegations are part of thousands of pages of court documents that were unsealed following the verdict and the conclusion of the trial.
Among other allegations is the claim that Depp looked down on other people and even called his assistant a pig.
The allegation was made in a deposition by actress Ellen Barkin who had a s*xual relationship with the star back in the 90s.
Barkin insisted that the actor was charming as “most abusers are” when she accused him of giving her Quaalude – a sedative – when he asked her if she “wanted to f***.”
“There was always an air of violence around him,” the actress said as she claimed she wasn’t surprised when he allegedly threw a wine bottle at her while they were staying at a Las Vegas hotel.
She went on to claim that there was a lot of name-calling and yelling whenever her ex-boyfriend was around.
“His assistant. People who would work on the film maybe in what he would view as a lower capacity than he functions at. There is just a world of violence,” Barkin said when asked whom the actor allegedly yelled at.
She went on to say she was aware of Depp’s drinking and drug problems as she insisted “he was drunk all the, most, a lot of the time.”
Recalling the incident that led to the downfall of their relationship, Barkin added: “Mr. Depp threw a wine bottle across the hotel room in one instance, in Las Vegas while shooting Fear and Loathing. A fight was going on, between Johnny Depp and his friends in the room, the assistant.”
The 68-year-old further claimed that Depp was a very jealous and controlling man.
“He’s just a jealous man, controlling, ‘where are you going, who are you going with, what did you do last night?’ I had a scratch on my back once that got him very, very angry because he insisted it came from having sex with a person who wasn’t him,” Barkin said.
