A 31-year-old immigrant who reportedly assaulted two women in the sea as his friends looked on is jailed for 18 months.
According to local media reports, Kuku Machhal s*xually assaulted two women on the bustling Bournemouth Beach.
He groped the females inside the sea on two separate incidents that took place last year on the 23rd of July.
The illegal immigrant continued with his heinous crime as his friends looked and cheered him on.
Now, the 31-year-old immigrant who hails from India has received a punishment of 18 months for the crime.
The court went on to describe his behavior as intimidating as well as regarding as stated by Judge David Melville, who also spoke about how both the victims were held in a vulnerable position since they were in the water at that time.
Moreover, the horrifying actions came at a time that was just a few days after a young teenage girl was reportedly r*ped in the sea that was near Bournemouth Pier but authorities claim that both of these horrifying crimes were unrelated to one another.
In that particular incident, the teen suspect still remains at large. But he managed to drag the 15-year-old female into the deeper water, far away from her friends and that’s where he started to s*xually assault her.
Meanwhile, in Machhal’s crime, the court of the law heard how both of the victims went about reporting the crime that was carried out against them to both authorities as well as the security situated at the seafront.point 487 |

The illegal immigrant came from the state of Punjab in India to the UK in the year 2015 and has now pleaded guilty to two counts of s*xual assault.
