Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are back in the Fairfax court as the blockbuster trial continues and nears its end.
Monday marked the actress’s third day to take the witness stand and face cross-examination by Depp’s legal team.
At the beginning of her testimony, the Aquaman star corrected her previous statement and claimed the abuse began in 2012 rather than in 2013 as she said before.
Heard previously claimed Depp slapped her in the face repeatedly after she questioned him about his Winona Ryder tattoo.
“I had kind of allowed myself to forget that the beginning was violent and chaotic as well,” the actress said.
She went on to accuse the Hollywood A-lister of hallucinating and talking to people who weren’t even in the room during their fights.
“He was talking to people who weren’t in the room. It was terrifying. It was unclear to me whether he was even mad at me or he was convinced that the guy he said he saw me with was in the room,” she said.
Heard also took the opportunity to strongly deny her ex-husband’s claims that she had pooped on his side of the bed after the two had a fight.
“Absolutely not. I don’t think that’s funny. I don’t know what grown woman does. I was not in a pranking mood,” she said after being accused of playing a dirty prank on Depp to get revenge.
Instead, Heard put the blame for the large turd on the couple’s tiny Yorkshire Terrier as she claimed the dog had a history of digestive issues after allegedly swallowing Johnny’s marijuana.
The trial continues and both parties are set to make their closing arguments on May 27.
