When it comes to a young child’s development, there’s a lot of effort that goes into the ordeal.
From eating and sleeping to potty training too- the list happens to be pretty long. And what if we tell you that some moms begin early because they fear their child might lag behind?
This brings us to today’s story about a young mother who was blasted for potty training her baby daughter at just eight weeks. Yes, that’s how young the baby was.
But despite receiving all that hate online from trolls and critics, she’s now speaking back to them with confidence. And that’s because she feels what she’s done is right.
Today, she’s telling other moms to back down and realize that life is what you make it and she’s made her daughter’s life so much more happier and comfortable because she signals when she’s in need of using the bathroom.
“My daughter simply waves her hand and I know at that point in time that she’s in need of using the restroom!” For her, this is great and she no longer has to worry about the child taking a ‘dump’ in the most inappropriate places.
The mother named Alexis says she utilized the concept of elimination communication method and that’s based on the idea that kids give parents a sign. They tell them how they’re in need of the bathroom.
Today, little Aya is just five months old and knows exactly when she needs her mom’s assistance to use the restroom. She waves her hand in the most adorable way.
On average, the child enters the restroom at least four times a day and each time it’s just smooth as ever. No crying, complaining, or fussing. And this is why she’s urging more parents to do the same and stop lecturing her.
