One teenage girl received the shock of her life after an innocent symptom turned out to be the most devastating diagnosis ever.

Georgia Ford who hails from Gloucestershire explained how she first had a choking cough and soon after that, her condition worsened. But still, it was not as bad as the news delivered by doctors to her about an illness that has no cure.

This young teen was informed by her GP recently that the intense heartburn she had was actually related to the large amounts of alcohol that she was drinking and in the end, it had a severe effect on her kidneys.

The 20-year-old last visited the doctors in April and since then, she says her life has changed forever, in a negative way because this is not something she was prepared for at this age.

“I was told that my symptoms were not normal. They were alarming signs of an underlying kidney disease that has no cure. But I was informed about it right now”- Georgia says because her visit to the doctors last year didn’t seem too serious.

“At that time, they simply gave me tablets that would protect my stomach’s lining. They said the alcohol was damaging it but they never told me I could die soon”- the teen revealed in an emotional and heartbroken manner.

Today, she has kidney cancer and it’s absolutely heartbreaking that a habit like boozing off at such a young age could actually destroy your life, her parents revealed.

“It’s the worst news that anyone could ever receive. Last year she was fine, now doctors are painting a completely different picture”-the parents elaborated. But the worst part of it all is how incurable it has become and that means her days are limited.
