Terrifying new reports about a fresh rocket attack on Ukraine by Russian forces are coming in with more fears of civilian casualties increasing.
According to reports from local media outlets, one great aunt is sharing her family’s tragedy and how Russian forces have torn her family apart.
She revealed that a four-year-old girl had recently passed away while lying in her pram while her mother was seriously injured in the incident. According to her, the terror struck in the same location where her family was present. And as the mother reached to check on her child, to her horror, she was dead.
Little Liza’s tragic death is going viral on social media with many sharing how the atrocities of the Russians are still continuing and so many innocent civilians are paying the price in the name of war and conflict.
The mother whose name was described to be Iryna is believed to have survived despite receiving intense wounds to her body. In the aftermath of the devastating attack, she even lost her leg in the terrifying strike and at the moment, remains in a state of unconsciousness.
Speaking to AP recently, the great aunt added that Liza’s death has torn their lives in a manner that none of them expected. Losing a loved one so young is just beyond horrifying, she continued.
“This young mother was robbed of her most precious thing and that was her daughter”- she continued.
Little Liza was believed to be a special child suffering from Down’s Syndrome. Her mom took extra care of her and parented the child. She even maintained a blog for other mothers to assist them with tips on how to parent such children. But now, her blog is empty because her child is gone.
This recent incident is stated to be the latest face of the country’s suffering from Russian atrocities.
