BREAKING: Tragic Twist In The Death Of General Hospital Star Tyler Christopher


Tragic new details have emerged after General Hospital star Tyler Christopher passed away at the age of 50.

The ex-husband of Eva Longoria was found dead at his San Diego home on Thursday.

A source from law enforcement now revealed that the American actor, who was best known for playing Connor Bishop and Nikolas Cassadine in the ABC soap opera, was discovered by his close friend who called the police after Christopher “appeared to be dead for some time.”

It was also revealed that the actor was found dead inside his bedroom.

The 50-year-old’s friend reportedly paid Christopher a visit to check in on him after being unable to get in reach with him.

While the home was locked when the friend arrived at the scene, the man was able to get in using a key that Christopher previously gave him.

The fresh details come shortly after the actor’s former costar and friend Maurice Benard announced his death on social media saying:

“It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Tyler Christopher. Tyler passed away this morning following a cardiac event in his San Diego apartment.

“Tyler was a truly talented individual that lit up the screen in every scene he performed and relished bringing joy to his loyal fans through his acting. Tyler was a sweet soul and wonderful friend to all of those who knew him.”

Paying a tribute to the General Hospital star was also his representative, Chi Muoi Lo, who said Christopher was a gifted actor and an amazing friend.
