A father has reportedly been charged with the murder of his seven-week-old son.
According to local media reports, the suspect was identified as 26-year-old Oliver Mailey who recently appeared for his trial at the Blackburn Magistrates’ Court.
Sources revealed how the suspect had reportedly entered into a plea regarding the death of his innocent and precious seven-week-old son named Abel-Jax Mailey.
It is believed that the young child passed away from the worst head injury, moments after he was found in an unresponsive state at his residence.
Paramedics were reported to be horrified after seeing the child’s debilitated state and the types of a head injury he had received, clearly showing the father’s intense aggression towards his own child.

At the moment, no plea was requested and the father is believed to be in police custody as he prepares for his trial that is scheduled to begin next Thursday.
Emergency services are believed to have been called to the residence where the crime took place in Burnley last year.
They claim the baby was retrieved in an unresponsive state and hence had to be shifted immediately to the hospital for further medical attention.
However, he failed to survive the gruesome head injuries that were inflicted at the hands of his own father and hence passed away, two days later.
