Rescuer Who Shot & KILLED A ‘Drowning Man’ That He Was Trying To Save WON’T Face Any Criminal Charges


Shocking reports coming in have confirmed how a rescuer who shot and killed a drowning man will no longer face any charges.

According to local media reports, one good Samaritan was trying to save the man in South Carolina. And while the unidentified gunman is yet to be revealed, it is believed that he tried to act in self-defense and therefore won’t be facing any charges in the uberly bizarre case.

Authorities also spoke about how the unidentified gunman kept on saying that he acted in self-defense as he fatally shot a 29-year-old man named Nathan Drew Morgan.

The victim was drowning in Lake Keowee on Tuesday as reported by WBTW-TV.

Moreover, it has also been revealed how the cops believe that Morgan and his friend had tumbled off of their jet ski and were not wearing any life jackets at that time.

The rescuer tried his best to assist the duo by steering his pontoon boat towards them. But instead, Morgan turned into a combative mode, moments after he was pulled to safety.

In the end, this forced the eventual gunman to act in a negative manner that would push him back into the water.

Then, the man tried to open fire when he saw Morgan trying his best to climb back on board the boat.

He felt threatened and claims to have acted in a manner that was simply about protecting himself.

The victim reportedly bled out on the boat and died, moments before they all returned to shore.

Sources revealed how Morgan was a father to one child and his grieving family is yet to react publicly to the reports regarding no charges against the shooter involved.
