49-Year-Old Man Found Dead & Covered In 125 ‘Poisonous Snakes’ At His Home In Maryland


The police in Maryland have recently made a tragic discovery at a home where a dead man was found covered in more than 100 poisonous snakes.

According to local media reports, the police made the discovery on Thursday where they found the man dead and lying on the floor with so many snakes in the vicinity.

The officials from the police department have gone on to reveal how they landed at his residence after one neighbor made a call after they saw the man lying on the ground in an unconscious state when he went to check up on him, as he had not seen or heard from him for a day.

A recent statement by the Sheriff’s Department in Charles County was released that spoke in detail about the tragic matter.

Both officials from the Fire Department and Emergency Services tried to force their entry into the residence via the front door at the home. And that’s when they decided to pronounce him dead at the horrifying scene.

Meanwhile, cops claim that they are yet to find any evidence or statements from neighbors revealing foul play. Moreover, the man’s body was soon transported to the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Baltimore so that an autopsy could be conducted.

Cops are yet to release any details about the man’s identity as investigations into the tragic and bizarre case continue.

There were at least 100 snakes recovered from the scene and they comprised of a number of different types. But the neighbors were clueless as to how so many snakes ended up inside the residence.

To control the widespread population of snakes, the Animal Control department from Charles County was also present at the scene so they could assist in rescuing the reptiles, alongside members from both Virginia and North Carolina.
