Heartbreaking reports have confirmed the death of an ABC producer, leaving the entire community in a state of absolute shock and grief.
Sources from local media outlets went on to mention how the producer was reportedly choked to death while staying in a hotel room with his family.
The victim was identified as Dax Tejera who reportedly died moments after he and his wife left their kids inside a New York City hotel room.
The duo was on their way to a swanky restaurant around town when all of a sudden, he choked to his own death due to being under the influence of alcohol, sources have mentioned. The tragic news was confirmed by officials who stated that this was the most heartbreaking story they had heard about the producer from ABC.
The chief medical examiner from NBC further went on to explain how his death was due to asphyxia after his airways became obstructed by a food bolus. And that is what went on to complicate the entire alcohol intoxication.
He was only 37 and had a loving family comprising his wife and two young children. The family is reportedly shaken and stunned with grief while those working with him in the network have gone on to pay their tributes regarding the tragedy.
