A teenage boy has reportedly been charged with murder after the bullets he fired left one loving Bronx student dead and two others wounded.
The horrifying incident took place near the victim’s school and she passed away after the bullets fired by the suspect rammed into her, killing her in an instant.
The other two victims were rushed by paramedics to a nearby hospital and are said to be out of danger.
According to local media reports, the suspect was identified as 17-year-old Jeremiah Ryan who is now arrested and in the custody of the police after being charged.
Those charges were revealed to be murder, possession of a weapon, and attempted murder.
The incident took place on Saturday and the victim who was killed was revealed to be 16-year old Angellyh Yambo.
She was a bright and beautiful student that was deemed loving and caring by all her friends. She was a straight-A student who was very dedicated to her studies. But little did she know that she’d end up being killed in a crossfire incident.
Sources added how the teen suspect was reportedly tracked down from his apartment in the Bronx during the early hours of Saturday.
Investigators searched through his belongings and went through hours of his surveillance footage to find details that were potentially linked to the case.
When cops rushed to his apartment for the arrest, they witnessed him throw away a giant bag that contained a firearm that is also known as a ghost gun due to its ability to be assembled from parts that are bought online.
The gun lacked any serial number that would have been used to trace it down but was soon found outside his window.
Now, the suspect is believed to make his first court appearance on Sunday.
