A drunk mother of two was recently pictured celebrating after getting away for all of her crimes after her lawyer managed to persuade the judge.
According to local media reports, 30-year-old Amy Newall was seen punching the air and celebrating with drinks after her lawyers managed to convince the judge that she would no longer be consuming alcohol and was very sorry for her outrageous behavior.
The mother who many dubbed a jailbird had been arrested in the month of March over an expletive-laden and homophobic rant that she initiated against a police officer.
The woman’s hands and mouth went out of control because she was under the influence of alcohol and hence she was immediately arrested and put behind bars.
While being escorted to the jail for her wrongdoing, the mother’s nonsense behavior did not stop and she started to abuse the rest of the officers that met her along the way, while even going as far as headbutting one of them.
Then she started to spit on the floor while using swear words in the most distressing and horrifying manner.
Previous records of the mother of two showed she had several other convictions under her name and this was certainly not the first time that she was making her way to jail.
Her previous jail sentence was related to the crime of assaulting a police officer.
Surprisingly, she was only allowed to serve six months of her jail sentence and then given 18 months of community service after that. But many feel that is not fair as she deserves to be put behind bars for a longer period and her jail term should be increased as she was drunk at that time and expressed a clear state of homophobia too.
