Reports are coming in about another possible blow to Russia’s navy as a Ukrainian missile attack has hit the country’s frigate warship which is dubbed as Admiral Makarov.
The news was revealed recently by Oleksiy Goncharenko who is the leader of the Odesa regional council. He revealed how the warship got into trouble last night while positioned in the Black Sea.
Oleksiy put forward a news article that suggested how the vessel was possibly blown up by a missile shot by Ukraine. But again, there are no confirmations as of yet. But if that is in fact true, it will be seen as a huge blow to Russia as this would mark the second major sea attack in recent times.
On the other hand, more and more reports are being released about how Russia is currently in the middle of a crisis and that’s why it’s dispatching so many rescue boats with aircraft. This comes with evidence as tracking data revealed how one American drone was circling in an overhead direction.
Just last month, we saw the Moskva being hit and then sinking in the black sea.
The massive $500 million vessel had been commissioned just five years back and if it is indeed sinking in the Black Sea, this is major news on the war front with a huge embarrassment on Russia’s part.
“The God of the Seas takes revenge on the offenders of Ukraine”- this was the final message revealed by Oleksiy.
For now, intelligence reports are claiming that although the vessel is severely damaged, it continues to remain floating in the sea for now. But the real faith of the incident will only be determined in the next few hours as investigations are currently taking place to assess the situation from both sides.
