A newlywed bride was reportedly left grieving on the biggest day of her life after her husband was shot dead.
Sources from local media outlets claim the incident took place as the groom was leaving the church and that’s when bullets struck his body, killing him on the spot.
Wedding guests witnessed the horror unfold before their eyes. It was just awful and so harrowing for them to see a woman’s dress covered in her newlywed husband’s blood while she cried a river of tears.
Details from the cops are calling the case the most heartbreaking tragedy of mistaken identity that took place recently at the Caborca, Mexico Church.
The shooter continued to fire until he saw the groom fall down to the ground while other wedding guests were seen taking cover.
The reports from El Universal claim that the couple was beaming with smiles and happiness just minutes before. But that was converted into a major moment of tragedy and grieving forever.
“This was the happiest day of their life. He did nothing to deserve this. My heart goes out to the couple on this tragic affair”- explained one witness who couldn’t believe the horror that was arising in front of him.
Violence in the area of Caborca has really reached new heights and the news was confirmed by local media outlets who quoted authorities as having had enough of arrests, shootings, and killings in the district.
They claim so many innocent people are losing their lives and this incident was just proof of one of them.
As the bride became hysterical after seeing her husband’s dead body, she ordered people to call paramedics.
While paramedics did everything they could to revive him on the way to the hospital, it was just not his day.
He reportedly passed away while being transported in the ambulance. And the grave reality that his wedding day and death day was the same is just something that many people can’t simply come to terms with, including his bride.
