What would you do if you found out that the man you loved is actually your biological brother?
As bizarre and creepy as the story may sound, well, it was a rude awakening for one young woman who says she fell in love with a man whom she’s been dating for the last six years.
Keeping her identity anonymous for obvious reasons, the woman revealed how heartbroken and creeped out she felt after finding out the truth. Therefore, she’s finding it even harder to share the details with the audience on Reddit now.
The 30-year-old woman revealed how she just found out the horror that she’s been dating her brother for so long and didn’t have a clue. And while the odds of that happening are minor, well, it certainly took place here.
“I just feel so weird about this. I was adopted as a baby but I didn’t know that I was adopted until I entered high school”- the woman started to explain.
Her boyfriend also happened to be adopted and that is what she felt was a common ground they shared together and brought them closer to one another. But wait, reality really hit hard when the truth came out in front of them.
“We both had the best families. We loved that we could share our thoughts and not be judged. We thought so much alike and I really grew fond of him and began having feelings for him”- she continued.
Not only did they understand each other so well, but they were also so attracted to one another. “I have never really met someone that I’ve been so attracted to in my whole life!”- she revealed.
The siblings have had intimate relations and even celebrated anniversaries together, not to mention saying ‘I love you!’ hundreds of times. But now that the truth is out, she doesn’t know what to do.
She’s asking Reddit users for advice and it’s safe to say that this is a really sticky mess after their DNA tests revealed the truth.
