Bethenny Frankel has weighed in on Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial and called the former celebrity couple crazy.
Speaking out on her ‘Just B with Bethenny Frankel’ podcast, the Real Housewives of New York City star didn’t spare either party as she called Depp and Heard crazy and suggested the actor picked the one person crazy enough to make him “look like a saint” despite everything he’s done.
“He’s been vindicated because in the relationship of s**t in the bed, MDMA, cocaine, some level of domestic violence and f**king crazy town, he’s the hero. I don’t know what story that is. He’s the hero and she’s the villain, but it’s all 50 shades of garbage,” Frankel said.
“Any other person in the world in a relationship with Johnny Depp and he looks like a crazy person. Johnny Depp picked the one person to marry, in this world, that could make him look like a saint. Like Johnny Depp has become Mother Theresa because of Amber Heard.
“I mean that’s crazy. Johnny Depp is gonna be f**kin’ anointed Gandhi and the Pope because he was in a relationship with the craziest woman that’s walked this planet.”
The actress, who is known for having no hair on her tongue, went on to suggest that a sane person wouldn’t stick around as long as Depp and Heard did if they found themselves in such a toxic relationship.
She also insisted “there’s two people in this equation” as she blasted Depp for trashing his hotel room back in the 1990s.
“I’ve never known anyone to trash an entire hotel room at any point in their timeline,” Frankel said.
“I’m sure he’s a hero now because of this association, but he’s a f**king s**tshow, too. By the same token, I understand why he had to go to court, had to take this thing to the mats. He had to prove this thing.”
