JUST IN: 12-Year-Old Girl Found TIED To A Bedpost On The Side Of The Road After Escaping From Her Kidnapper In Alabama


Terrifying reports made by one witness revealed how a 12-year-old girl managed to escape from her kidnapper’s captivity in Alabama.

According to local media outlets, the witness claims he was driving down the street when all of a sudden, he witnessed something oddly peculiar.

To his absolute shock, he found a 12-year-old girl tied to a bedpost on the roadside, looking for help. Therefore, the witness didn’t waste a second and immediately called up 911 rescue services to come forward and see what the matter was all about.

And that’s when it was revealed how she had been in her kidnapper’s captivity for the past one week. But in order to escape, she bit through her restrictions and made a quick run for it.

While the girl is yet to be identified by the cops, the suspect has been caught and identified as 37-year-old Jose Paulino Pascual-Reyes.

The charges put forward by authority on the suspect included capital murder, kidnapping, and shocking abuse of a corpse.

The motorist who picked up the girl on the roadside says he found her all by herself at 8:30 in the morning and the exact location was identified to be Tallapoosa County on Monday.

It has been revealed how the victim was allegedly drugged with alcohol and then tied to the bed by her abuser. Hence, when she informed the cops about what had gone on, they arrived at the home where he was located and found two decomposing bodies inside.

The authorities also found a few other people inside but their involvement in the harrowing crime is yet to be unveiled in detail, explained sources.

A report by the New York Times claims the girl was yet to be reported missing and the only way she managed to escape was to chew up her restraints, which even damaged her braces.
