The babysitter accused of breaking up Olivia-Newton John’s marriage is finally breaking her silence after the actress’s death.
49-year-old Cindy Jessup who has been blamed in the past for ending the starlet’s marriage to her first partner was spotted uttering a few words while running errands.
As you can expect, the paparazzi were quick to notice her and rush by her side for a few comments about the actress and how she felt about the tragic news related to her death.
On that note, Cindy didn’t shy away from expressing her thoughts. She referred to Olivia as an absolute angel and called her death unfortunate.
The New Zealand-born woman was only 23 years old when she began working for the Grease star at her residence. At that time, Olivia happened to be married to her first husband named Matt Lattanzi. During that period, Olivia was first diagnosed with breast cancer.
Therefore, Cindy’s job was to take care of the star’s daughter named Chloe who happened to be 7 at that time. The family was living in Australia during that period, but just two years later, news broke out about the couple’s shocking split.
Olivia and Matt divorced and that left the actress alone and single. And before you knew it, the tabloids reported how the babysitter went on to matter Matt in California. But now, even this couple has split up. Cindy lives in San Diego and is currently training to be a therapist for relationships.
“The world has lost a true angel. Olivia really cared about all of those that she loved and she adored the planet too. She always helped others and was the true force for everything good in this world”- the actress mentioned in a heartbreaking tone.
It’s clear that there are no ill feelings whatsoever in her mind and that could be seen by the way she complimented the actress for her work and her personality, including the way she treated others nearby.
