The police has started an investigation after a disturbing video surfaced showing a woman forcing liquor into a child’s mouth.
A woman from North Wales is seen giggling as she gives the vodka shots to the toddler, who then coughs and sputtering. The video caused a stir online, and the police verified that the child had been “safeguarded” by social services.

It is still unknown what the woman’s and the child’s relationship is. North Wales Police have stated that they are no longer worried about the child’s safety since launching their inquiry.
