The young baby girl was only 12 weeks old, sources have gone on to confirm. And she happened to be located right next to her mother who had recently ingested cocaine, sources mentioned.

The horrifying incident was outlined to have taken place in Liverpool recently, leaving loved ones on the verge of tears.

Officers reportedly discovered the empty beer bottles underneath the bed and near the child’s changing bag. They outlined how they were numerous in quantity and that clearly showed how the mother was an addict.

They further went on to detail how the mother’s toxicology reports after her death showed high levels of cocaine and alcohol. That meant she had consumed both of these substances before her death.

The child’s grandmother went on to detail how she found the little baby lying face down on the bed and she knew immediately something was wrong.

Both her daughter and granddaughter were unconscious during that period. And she knew immediately that she had to inform the authorities. And that’s exactly what she did. But it’s just so unfortunate that they were both declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
