Tragic reports have gone on to confirm the death of former Australian cricketer Andrew Symonds.
According to local media outlets, the legendary allrounder passed away during a car crash, shocking his loved ones, friends, and fans around the globe.
Many recalled the sportsman as a true all-rounder whose uplifting spirits and incredible skills on the grounds can never be forgotten. In the same way, his name has been added to the golden era of cricket where only notable names are included who not only perform excellently while fielding but are a true class apart while batting.
Friends and fans pointed out how ironic it was to note that the leading star had recently sent out a post through his Instagram account which happened to be a tribute to former legendary Australian bowler Shane Warne.
Warne’s death had also taken place suddenly while he was on vacation, where sources revealed how he had suffered from a major cardiac arrest, and by the time paramedics had arrived, he died.
Symonds vehicle is said to have suddenly left the road and rolled in another direction, killing him instantly. The incident is stated to have taken place in the northern part of Queensland.
It can be said without a doubt that the sudden death of the legend sent major shockwaves around the world of cricket as millions of tributes began pouring in many cited their disbelief over the story.
While some referred to it as a bad nightmare, others became emotional and started talking about some great achievements by Symonds. The way he made such a huge name for himself in such a short span of time was truly commendable.
After leaving the world of cricket as a leading all-rounder, Symonds was mostly seen on Fox Sports doing commentary and while some of his comments may have landed him in hot water, fans adored his quirky personality.
