Unsealed court documents from the Depp-Heard trial have sparked a fresh wave of drama and eyebrow-raising allegations.
While the blockbuster defamation trial concerning Amber Heard and Johnny Depp may be over, more shocking claims have surfaced after thousands of pages of court documents were unsealed.
Among other jaw-dropping statements is that filed by Heard’s legal team on March 28.
In the aforementioned filing, the lawyers for the Aquaman star suggested Depp’s alleged aggression towards his ex-wife stemmed from his erectile dysfunction.
They also spoke of the time Heard was allegedly rap*d by Depp who was accused of penetrating her with a bottle because of the anger caused by his condition.
“Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to r*pe Amber Heard,” the unsealed filing says.
The legal team went on to argue that the actor’s alleged erectile dysfunction contributed to his outburst of anger and agitation and ultimately aggression towards Heard.
The actress previously claimed that Depp took his anger out on her after finding himself unable to perform.
“I called it angry sex that Johnny could not fully perform. He would throw me on the bed, he did this several times, and he’d force himself on me in an angry way,” she said.
Among other bombshell revelations emerging from the unsealed court documents is also the deposition in which Jennifer Howell, the former friend and boss of Heard’s sister Whitney Henriquez, admitted hearing Henriquez saying Amber cut off Johnny’s finger during their 2015 fight in Australia.
While Heard previously denied severing her then-husband’s finger and insisted he did it to himself in his drunken rage, the actor claimed his finger was cut when she threw a vodka bottle at him.
The deposition, however, appears to confirm that even Heard’s own sister believed the actress was behind Johnny’s injury.
“I was sitting exactly where I’m sitting right now because I’m sitting at my desk in the office. So I was sitting right here on my computer, working, in my zone, responding, doing whatever I was doing,” Howell told Johnny’s lawyer Camille Vasquez.
“And right over there, there were two black-and-white chairs at the time with a table in between it. Whitney was sitting in one of the black-and-white chairs.
“There’s a door that goes out right over there as well, and she just screamed, ‘She’s done it now. She’s cut off his God damn finger,’ and made this huge proclamation. And I pushed my chair back. I was like, ‘What?’”
She added: “And she goes, ‘She cut off his finger. She cut off his finger.’ And then she bolted out the door and was like, ‘I got to call somebody. I got to call somebody.’ And she went out the door and she called someone. I don’t know who she called. That’s what was said.”
